Ice Age is back again and will set the world on fire (pun definitely intended) in the first week of July, 2009. The much awaited hilarious computer animation is being produced by Blue Sky Studios and will be distributed by 20th Century Fox.
In the first installment of Ice Age (2002), a bunch of unlikely pre-historic animals meet and reluctantly join forces to return a human child to its father while braving the deadly elements of the impending Ice Age. This forges a sweet, yet hilarious friendship that sees them through their next adventure in Ice Age: The Meltdown (2006). This sequel focuses on the melting of a dam, possibly due to global warming and how the friends strengthen their bond whilst saving the day with their heroic efforts. Oh and not to forget, how they meet new friends and partners!
